As a counsellor and psychotherapist in training, I work with people in Teddington (including Twickenham and Kingston-upon-Thames).
People who engage in counselling or psychotherapy often do so because they feel:

My name is Sandra Spenceley and I have been working with clients in and around Teddington, (Near Twickenham and Kingston-upon-Thames) for the past 4 years.
I offer clients a professional and therapeutic relationship in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period (6 - 12 weeks).
I am experienced in helping clients with :

- Anxiety
- Stress
- Low self esteem
- Grief, loss and bereavement
- Relationships, including sexual abuse and domestic violence
- Redundancy
I am an Integrative practitioner and my practice is in Teddington, Middlesex, within easy reach of Hampton, Twickenham, Kingston-upon-Thames and Richmond-upon-Thames. The nearest railway stations are Hampton Wick and Teddington. Free parking is available in the nearby streets.
